Yealink Headset Setup Guide

Items in Box:

After unboxing the headset, you should have 3 separate cables.

● 1 - Yealink AC Adapter (Power Cord)

● 2 - USB-to-Micro USB cables

Setup Steps

On the bottom of your headset charging station, you will find 3 ports as shown in the picture

below. Complete the following steps:

1. Plug in one of USB-to-Micro USB cables into the port labeled “PC”, (highlighted in RED in picture) and the other end into your computer.
2. Plug in the other USB-to-Micro USB cable into the other port that has no label (highlighted in GREEN in picture) and the other end into the back of your phone’s display.
3. Plug the Yealink AC adapter (Power Cord) into the port labeled “DC5V” (highlighted in BLUE in picture) and the other end into an electrical outlet.

Once those steps are complete, place your headset onto the charging stand and let charge for

30 minutes. After that, your headset is ready to be used.

Features of Headset:

1. Raise the microphone arm to mute
   
2. Press the circular button on the headset ear piece to pickup/hang up a call.
   

Common Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Ensure all connections are completely secure by disconnecting and reseating the cables in each port.
2. Disconnect the cable connected to the “PC” port on the charging station.
